Husam Zomlot in London and Hala Abou Hassira in Paris are among the Palestinian diplomats whose status is about to get an upgrade. Like their colleague in Oslo, who is now a full ambassador since Norway’s formal recognition of Palestine last year, their endeavours in the UK and France will be recognised officially by the respective governments.
