Qatar condemns deadly Israeli strikes on Gaza hospital

Qatar has condemned Israel’s strikes on Nasser Hospital in southern Gaza, which led to the death of unarmed civilians, including five journalists. The attacks are “a new episode in a series of brutal Israeli crimes against the Palestinian people and a violation of international law”, the Qatari Foreign Ministry said. Israel’s approach to attacking medical and rescue workers, and journalists, requires urgent international action to protect civilians, the ministry added.
