Four journalists were among at least 20 people killed in Israeli strikes that hit Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis, southern Gaza, health officials said. The four slain journalists are Hossam Al Masry, a photographer with Reuters; Mohamed Salama, a cameraman for Al Jazeera TV channel; Mariam Dagga, a freelancer with AP; and Moaz Abu Taha. Reuters confirmed the death of Mr Al Masry, and said another photographer, Hatem Khaled, who was also a Reuters contractor, was wounded. A spokesman for Qatar-based Al Jazeera TV also confirmed Mr Salama’s death.
