Hundreds of lorries carrying humanitarian aid entered Gaza on Monday after the Israel-Hamas ceasefire began, in a major increase in assistance for Palestinians. “Our colleagues in the Occupied Palestinian Territory inform us that 915 trucks crossed into Gaza today, based on information received through engagement with Israeli authorities and the guarantors for the ceasefire agreement,” said Farhan Haq, deputy spokesman for UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres.
