The UAE’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has condemned comments made by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who has vowed to keep troops in Gaza’s Salah Al Din border strip with Egypt, known in Israel as the Philadelphi Corridor. The ministry “expressed its full solidarity with the Arab Republic of Egypt in addressing Israeli claims and allegations on the Philadelphi Corridor,” it said on Wednesday.
