A wounded Palestinian man was strapped to the bonnet of an Israeli military vehicle in Jenin, his family and the army said. Video, published on social media and later verified by Reuters, shows Jenin resident Mujahed Azmi on the front of the vehicle. There are two ambulances nearby. The Israeli army said the man was detained during an arrest raid in the West Bank city.
