The UN says it is almost impossible to provide humanitarian aid to more than a million Palestinians in Gaza during the conflict. The world body was responding to accusations from Israel that the UN failed to deliver assistance to civilians in need of food, water, and medicine. UN spokesman Stephane Dujarric said that there was a breakdown of law and order in Gaza, and “insufficient co-ordination” with Israel on security.
