Hamas condemned an Israeli plan to restrict Palestinian access to Al Aqsa during Ramadan, denouncing the move as a “religious war”. “We call on the people of our Palestinian people in the occupied territories, Jerusalem and the occupied West Bank, to reject this criminal decision, to resist the arrogance and arrogance of the occupation, and to mobilise and march and band together in the blessed Al Aqsa Mosque,” it said in a statement on Telegram. Harming Al Aqsa or restricting worship at the site would have consequences, it added.
