Yemen’s Houthi militants claimed to have attacked British and US vessels in the Red Sea, hours after a drone strike was reported on a British-owned ship. The group attacked the American Star Nasia and British Morning Tide vessels with naval missiles, Houthi spokesman Yahya Saree said on X. The group “will continue operations in the Red Sea against Israeli shipping or those heading to the ports of occupied Palestine until the siege is lifted and the aggression against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip is stopped”, he added.
