The UN Office for the Co-ordination of Humanitarian Affairs (Ocha) said its aid efforts in Gaza have been affected by Israel’s denial of access. “Humanitarian partners were forced to cancel or delay missions in two instances due to excessive delays at Israeli checkpoints or because the agreed routes were unpassable,” it said in its latest report. Only two of the five missions that were allowed in were able to deliver aid in full, Ocha added.
