The head of the UN Palestinian refugee agency announced that more than 100 of its workers had been killed since the start of the Israel-Gaza war. “Devastated. Over 100 UNRWA colleagues confirmed killed in one month. Parents, teachers, nurses, doctors, support staff. UNRWA is mourning, Palestinians mourning, Israelis mourning,” the agency’s chief, Philippe Lazzarini said. He repeated his call for a humanitarian ceasefire in Gaza.
