Israeli Minister of Defence, Yoav Gallant said that Israel was set to receive a second aircraft of US military aid, bringing “essential munitions” to the army. “We will win this war,” Mr Gallant said in a press conference alongside US Defence Secretary Lloyd Austin. “I’m here in person to make something crystal clear – America’s support for Israel is iron clad,” Mr Austin told reporters.
