On Wednesday, KPK Joint Provincial Election Commissioner, Haroon Khan Shinwari and Director Election, Khushal Zada, published a 147-page report to expose the postal ballot rigging done at the hands of PTI MNA Fakhar Zaman. The report discloses that the PTI minister is responsible for mailing almost 600 bogus ballots through the post with the help of the DSP of Sadar.
