Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that he spoke to European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen about Ukraine’s peace plan. “We discussed specific ways to implement the Ukrainian Peace Formula and consolidate global support for Ukraine’s peace initiative. We also touched upon the topic of security guarantees that our country seeks to receive before becoming a full member of NATO,” he added.
