The price of gold rose in Pakistan Wednesday after declining by Rs. 1,700 per tola for the last two days. Data provided by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association (APSGJA) showed the rate of gold (24 carats) increased by Rs. 1,600 per tola and Rs. 1,372 per 10 grams to reach Rs. 234,400 and Rs. 200,960, respectively. The international rate went up $4 to settle at $1,960 per ounce.
