US Secretary of State Antony Blinken would visit Finland next week and will deliver a speech championing Ukraine’s defence against Russia, the Department of State stated. During his speech, Blinken would “highlight all the ways in which Russia’s aggression against Ukraine has been a strategic failure”, state department spokesman Matthew Miller said.
