The Mayor of the Lebanese town of Jounine has said 23 Syrians were killed in an Israeli air strike on Wednesday. Sixteen women and children were among those killed in the strike, which hit a building rented by Syrian workers, Mayor Ali Qassas told The National. Most of the victims were relatives, he added.
