US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said that Washington was “not involved” in a deadly wave of pagers blasts that killed 12 and wounded nearly 3,000 in Lebanon. “The United States did not and was not involved (in the pagers attack). We are still gathering information,” Mr Blinken said in a news conference in Cairo. The US official called on all parties to avoid taking actions that will escalate the situation in the region.
