Berlin/Washington: Germany announced on Thursday to latch the unvaccinated from the most affected countries. The US has also started to take such measures to bar the variant. Janet Yellen, U.S. Treasury Secretary, stated that the variant indicated the pandemic could persist for “some time,” as countries including the United States, India, and France reported their first cases.
