UN special rapporteur for the Palestinian territories Francesca Albanese said legal action against Israelis suspected of crimes in Gaza were “necessary and overdue”. Her comments came after the Belgium-based Hind Rajab Foundation announced that a Brazilian court had acted on a complaint it filed against Israeli solider Yuval Vagdani and ordered the police to launch an investigation.
