A United Nations Security Council vote on a resolution calling for a halt to hostilities in Gaza to allow more aid to be delivered was postponed again on Tuesday. Member states have been wrangling over the wording of the draft resolution. The vote was cancelled as the US asked for more time. It was first postponed from Monday to Tuesday and has now been pushed back until Wednesday.
