UAE rejects being part of any attempt that could impact Saudi security

The UAE’s Foreign Ministry made sure to emphasise that the country is not part of any regional attempt to undermine Saudi Arabia. “The UAE categorically rejects any attempt to implicate it in the tensions between Yemeni parties and condemns the allegations of pressuring or directing any Yemeni party to carry out military operations that threaten the security of the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or target its borders,” it said. “The United Arab Emirates affirms its constant commitment to the security and stability of the sister Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, its full respect for its sovereignty and national security, and its rejection of any actions that could threaten the Kingdom’s security or that of the region.”
