UAE drops more medical supplies into Syria for Lebanese refugees

An aircraft carrying aid from the UAE has delivered urgent relief packages to Lebanese refugees in Syria. The supplies come as part of the ‘UAE Stands with Lebanon’ humanitarian support campaign, state news agency Wam reported. Since October 4, 14 aircraft have been sent – 12 to Lebanon and two to Syria. The UAE is also working on sending 40 tonnes of additional food supplies to Lebanese refugees in Syria.
