The UAE called for restraint in the region, after Israel’s attack on Iran on Friday. The Foreign Ministry affirmed the importance of reaching substantial solutions to disputes and crises, reported state news agency Wam. Conflicts should be resolved through dialogue and diplomatic channels, added the ministry. It repeated its call for the UN and UN Security Council to fulfil their responsibilities to enhance international peace and security in the region to protect global security and stability, reported Wam.
