Two were wounded in a shooting attack at a border crossing between the occupied West Bank and Jordan. “Two men, approximately 20 and 60 years old, were critically injured and are unconscious following the attack at the Allenby crossing,” the Magen David Adom emergency service said in a statement. The King Hussein (Allenby) Bridge is a crucial crossing for trade between Jordan and Israel. In September 2024, a gunman from Jordan killed three Israeli civilians at the Allenby crossing before being shot dead by soldiers.
