Two people died after a Russian missile attack hit a clinic in Dnipro and wounded 23 others, the regional governor said. Serhiy Lysak said on Telegram that a 69-year-old man had been killed, adding: “He was just passing by when the Russian terrorists’ rocket hit the city.” Lysak said that another man’s body was pulled out of the rubble, and 21 of the 23 wounded had been taken to hospital, with three seriously hurt.
