Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Wednesday hit out at the UN after the latest deadly Israeli strikes on Rafah. “The UN cannot even protect its own staff. What are you waiting for to act? The spirit of the United Nations is dead in Gaza,” Mr Erdogan said. Mr Erdogan also called on the “Islamic world” to take united action following the latest Israeli strikes on Gaza.
