It emerged that Tunis’s Political parties and civil society groups continued to oppose President Kais Saied’s “monopoly of power”. They also demanded the right to decide their country’s future amid a worsening socio-economic situation. Hundreds of Tunisians rallied in the capital to mark the 11th anniversary of the rebellion that ousted former President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali.
