US President Donald Trump said regime change “creates chaos” and that he does not want to see that happen in Iran. Mr Trump made those comments as he travelled to The Hague to attend a Nato meeting. Tuesday morning was marked by symbolic Israeli strikes on Iran, minutes after Mr Trump said Israel was recalling its aircraft and that a ceasefire was in effect.
