San Salvador: On Oct 10, according to the reports, tropical storm Julia would be expected to dump heavy rains on parts of Central America and southern Mexico. According to the U.S. National Hurricane Center (NHC), the storm was moving north-northwest Monday morning along the coast of El Salvador. Moreover, Mexico’s southern Tehuantepec isthmus could receive 3-6 inches of rain.
