A gunman opened fire in a classroom at a Rotterdam University hospital campus and a nearby house, killing three people, Dutch police said. Police Chief Fred Westerbeke said the gunman, 32, a student from Rotterdam, wore a bulletproof vest as he shot and killed a woman, 39, and her 14-year-old daughter. After setting the woman’s house on fire, the gunman went to the Rotterdam Medical Centre University Hospital, where he entered a classroom and shot dead a teacher, 43.
