The protesters gathered by the Saint Augustin area in the French capital’s 8th district, not far from the Israeli embassy. Earlier on Monday, French President Emmanuel Macron said he was “outraged” over an Israeli air strike that started a fire killing 45 people in a tent camp in the Gazan city of Rafah.
