The federal government constituted the National Export Development Board (NEDB) and Imran Khan was appointed its first chairman. This newly constituted board will contain members who will be government officials and members of private sectors. This development board will monitor the policies of the government and suggest new ideas to improve the export. It will review trade policies of the country as well and suggest development strategies to the government.
