The temporary truce between Israel and Hamas has expired, with neither side announcing a deal to extend it. The seven-day pause in the war started on November 24. Gaza’s Interior Ministry said that Israeli aircraft were hovering over the enclave on Friday morning and Israeli vehicles opened fire in the north-west of the strip.
