A lawyer for social media influencers Andrew and Tristan Tate asked a US judge on Thursday to release the brothers on bail while they challenge extradition to Britain, where they face rape and other charges. Their lawyer argued they were not flight risks, citing their compliance with Romanian court conditions while on pretrial release. Arrested in Miami on July 18, the brothers deny wrongdoing. They appeared in court wearing prison uniforms as proceedings continued.
