Police blamed a “local terror organisation” linked to the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) for the twin suicide bombs that targeted Uganda’s capital Kampala on Tuesday, saying three people died and several dozen were injured.

The ADF, an armed group active in eastern DRC, has been linked by Washington to the violent Islamic State group and accused for a number of recent attacks in Uganda.
