Residents who live close to the port of Mukalla say they were terrified by the unexpected attack. Abdullah Bazuhair, whose home overlooks the port, showed the AFP news agency the damage to his property with windows blasted out of the walls and glass strewn across the floor. The strikes were “unacceptable to God”, he was quoted as saying by the agency, adding: “The children were terrified and the women frightened.”
