PML-N leader Shahid Khaqan Abbasi demanded a suo motu notice against ex-CJP Mian Saqib Nisar for allegations of denying bail to the Sharif family ahead of the 2018 elections. “If Mian Nawaz Sharif can go to jail, why can’t Mian Saqib Nisar?” He questioned during a press conference to address the matter. The Supreme Court should take suo moto notice of the matter now that fingers had been pointed at a former top judge in the report, he stated.
