Israeli troops have carried out attacks on two hospitals in northern Gaza on Monday, attacking the enclave’s healthcare system. An Israeli strike on the upper floor of Al Wafaa Hospital in Gaza city killed at least seven people and critically wounded others, according to Gaza’s civil defence. The Israeli military claimed the attack targeted a Hamas “command and control centre” without providing evidence.
