Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani is presiding over a session of the Parliament’s Upper House, the Senate, on Friday.

Minister for Finance and Revenue Shaukat Tarin will bring the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) Amendment Bill to the House for approval, according to the meeting’s eight-point agenda.

As the meeting began, the chairman reprimanded the members for not wearing face masks, citing an increase in coronavirus infections. He also ordered that the masks be distributed to everyone by the administration.
