The Sindh government announced on Thursday that all schools, colleges and universities will remain closed on May 1 (Monday) on account of Labour Day. A notification in this regard was also issued by the education department. “The Government of Sindh declares Monday 1 May 2023, as a Public Holiday on the occasion of “Labour Day” throughout the Province of Sindh,” the notification read.
