Saudi Arabia’s nuclear regulator has said any military attacks on civilian nuclear installations are a breach of international law, following Israel’s strikes on Iranian nuclear sites. “Any military attack by any party as well as any threat directed at nuclear facilities intended for peaceful purposes constitutes a violation of international resolutions, the principles of the UN Charter, international law and the Statute of the International Atomic Energy Agency,” the Saudi Nuclear and Radiological Regulatory Commission wrote on X.
