Kyiv: On Nov 23, an international criminal lawyer, British lawyer Wayne Jordash, claimed that there was evidence that Russian commanders exhorted sexual violence by military personnel in Ukraine. Jordash told that in some areas of Kyiv, some of the sexual violence involved a level of organization by Russian armed forces that “speaks to planning on a more systematic level.” He didn’t identify specific individuals under scrutiny.
