Quetta: On Monday, the Balochistan Assembly passed a resolution, making DNA tests of individuals mandatory for issuance of Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC). The resolution was tabled by Parliamentary Secretary Bushra Rand, to make DNA test mandatory for issuance of CNIC.
