In his first public comments on the Nova Kakhovka dam blast, which caused mass flooding, Russian President Vladimir Putin accuses Ukraine of a “barbaric act”. As per reports, about 42,000 people were at risk from flooding in Russian and Ukrainian-controlled areas along the Dnipro river after the dam was destroyed.
