Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on Thursday announced to hold a public rally in Lahore on October 15. Sources privy to the matter told the media that PTI has submitted an application to the deputy commissioner seeking to hold a rally in Lahore at Liberty Chowk on October 15. The development comes after Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) announced to hold a public rally in Lahore on October 21 to welcome party supremo Nawaz Sharif upon his return to Pakistan.
