LONDON: Princess Diana’s iconic black “revenge dress” is set to go under the hammer at Sotheby’s in New York on December 9. Designed by Christina Stambolian, the silk gown became famous after Diana wore it in 1994. Nearly three decades after its previous sale, the dress is expected to attract major interest and will tour London, Hong Kong and Geneva before the auction.
