In order to facilitate overseas Pakistanis getting voting rights, PM Imran Khan on Thursday congratulated them for the new development and launched the ‘digital power of attorney’ portal. The premier also added that the people withstanding voting rights for non-resident Pakistanis and the use of EVMs were part of the status quo that profited from the old “corrupt” system.
