The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) reports that one person was critically wounded by an Israeli sniper in the city of Rafah in southernmost Gaza. Israeli forces have continued to fire on civilians in the enclave, despite the ceasefire and captive exchange agreement reached last month.
