Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa said his government was forming a national team for Gaza’s reconstruction, headed by the Ministry of Planning. In a government session held on Tuesday in Ramallah, Mr Mustafa said the government will “continue its work” towards addressing the needs of Palestinians in Gaza and the occupied West Bank. The UN estimates that it will take until 2040 before all of the rubble in Gaza can be cleared.
